From the app
Open Cardodex (the Android app or app.cardodex.app), then Settings, “Account and data”, “Delete my account”. Type your username again to confirm: the account is deleted right away. A subscription taken on the website is cancelled at the same time; a subscription taken on Google Play is cancelled from Google Play.
Without the app
Write to contact@cardodex.app from your account's email address and ask for deletion. We delete the account and confirm it by email.
Delete part of your data
Without deleting your account, you can erase anything you want in the app: a card from your collection (its page, “Edit”, “Remove from my collection”), a binder, a listing, a wanted card, a friend, your bio or your profile picture. What you remove is erased right away. For any other data, write to us at the address above.
What gets erased
Your account and everything attached to it: email address, username, password, date of birth, nationality, collection, binders, showcase, wanted cards, listings, friends, likes, badges, settings and messages sent from the app. Database backups keep them for a few days at most, then they are gone.
What is kept
Sales you completed remain, with no link to you (no username, no account), because they are used to compute prices for everyone. Invoices and payments are kept for as long as the law requires.
